Had a short shift tonight. Got home around 8:30PM. Just made some biscuits and gravy. Gravy was from scratch, biscuits are Annie's Organic, and the sausage was Impossible Sausage. I haven't had proper biscuits and gravy since I was diagnosed with IC in 2023. I'm really happy I've recovered enough to open my diet up again. :)
